1. Returns
We accept returns only if:

The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered.

You inform us within 2 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact our customer support team with clear photos or videos of the issue.

2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

You must provide a valid reason with proof (photo/video).
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.

Products used or washed.

Minor size/color variation due to lighting/screen effects.

4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days.

5. Exchange
We do not offer direct product exchanges. You may request a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

6. Cash on Delivery Orders
For COD orders, refund will be processed to your bank account or UPI ID after verifying the return.
